Synopsis

Meet Prince Vince. He's hip! He's Hop! He's the man with the tan! When Mother Nature rains on his tanning parade, Prince Vince doesn't just pull out an umbrella, he calls on Merle, the magician, to cast a spell and make the rain go away — forever! But as Prince Vince learns, when you mess with Mother Nature, Mother Nature messes with you!
