Synopsis

The emergence of an underground drug trafficking ring plunges minor gang leader Old Dog and local crime boss Third Brother into a life-and-death crisis. A reckless young man named Dongzi becomes unwittingly entangled in the turmoil, rising to become Old Dog's most trusted lieutenant.
